1. Returns Window

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged, and clean condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, email us at natasha@thepeterborian.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds Processing

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear and appear in your account.
